Once you've applied, we’ll hop on a video or phone call to meet, make sure we are a good fit, and to answer any questions you may have. Afterward, I’ll send over a custom proposal detailing everything we discussed!
To be officially booked and secure your spot on my calendar (happy dance!), you’ll need to review your proposal, sign the contract, and pay your initial deposit. Then we’ll send over your welcome materials and information to access your client portal.
During this first phase, we’ll uncover the foundational brand strategy that is key to creating a brand that is purposeful and speaks to your ideal client. We will conduct our brand strategy intensive(s) and begin crafting the brand direction aka the brand inspiration board and color selection!
We’ll quite literally bring your brand visuals to life! This includes your logos, font selections, and patterns or icons (if applicable). The design can be refined up to 2 times, for a total of 3 different versions of each design. All of your files will be organized in an easy-to-use Dropbox folder.
Once your brand identity has come to life, we'll create your digital and physical marketing materials. Prior to starting the project you'll select your preferred 3 marketing items from our list of basic and premium items.
This is the final stage of our project! During this phase, we'll deep dive into the conversion goals for your website and develop a design that supports those goals. We will also craft the launch strategy at this time!

Yes! I also work with self-hosted Wordpress websites. Both platforms offer a high-level of design-ability and function. You can opt to add SEO, eCommerce, and blogging options with both platforms for an additional fee and project length.
Showit 5 is a code-free, drag and drop website builder. It integrates with Wordpress for a powerful blogging experience as well. Showit offers a high-level of design-ability, meaning we can create a lot of cool design features. Showit is incredibly user-friendly and easy for clients to maintain without touching code!
During our initial consultation, we can discuss whether or not Showit is a good solution for your website needs!
I only accept one branding project at a time. I do this to ensure my clients receive my full, creative attention and the best experience possible.
